Candice Bannister (Concerned Citizen)
Executive Director of Tread of Pioneers Museum, Member of NW Colorado Cultural Heritage Committee, Member of Steamboat Springs Creative District Steering Committee. Masters in Nonprofit Management.

Bill Dring (Architect, Retired)
Founder and Principal of Bauhs and Dring Architects and Planners, Chicago-based architecture firm whose work included many projects related to adaptive re-use of historic buildings. Bill was also a leader in the restoration of the Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio, Oak Park, Illinois.

Paul Ferguson (Concerned Citizen)
Retired principal Fairview Construction, builder of luxury homes in Routt County for more than four decades.

Emily Katzman - Historic Routt County
Executive Director, Historic Routt County, locally based and nationally- recognized nonprofit historic preservation membership organization.

Bill Latoza (Architect/Engineer, Semi-Retired)
Founder and Co-principal of Bauer/Latoza, Chicago-based architectural firm. Has worked on projects for the National Park Service and the Getty Foundation. Head of materials conservation lab and adjunct professor for graduate school of Historic Preservation at the Art Institute of Chicago.

Principal, Lucy Marketing Services, specializing in mail-order marketing and market development.
